Plumb-All is a registered full-service plumbing company with the State of South Australia. We are a fully licensed and insured company. Our plumbing service staff is all licensed with the State of South Australia.
24 Month Workmanship Guarantee

If the work we have completed at your premises has failed due to a workmanship issue, we will re-attend for free and fix it, no questions asked. Our workmanship guarantee only includes work carried out by our technicians and does not include products or parts supplied. Product warranties apply as per information provided by the manufacturer/supplier.
If a client has a claim of any kind, they will need to contact the company as soon as they become aware of it to organise an inspection with a technician.
The workmanship warranty will be honoured upon presentation of the tax invoice/receipt or any other reasonable proof of purchase or supply by us.
Our workmanship guarantee does not include faults beyond our control, including but not limited to faults caused by client misuse or negligence or pre-existing conditions or work not included/completed in original services done/invoiced by the company.

Drain Cleaning and Hydro Jetting

Hydro Jetting/Cabling/Cleaning/Descaling/Snaking Drains involves risk. Damages to sewer pipes from electric equipment is at the risk of the customer. Plumb-All will not be responsible for broken, cracked, or collapsed pipes created by attempting to clean pipe or clear any blockages. Plumb-All will not be responsible if the cable of a drain cleaning machine or hydrojet hose gets stuck in a broken or cracked pipe. Should that situation arise, and the yard needs to be excavated or needs personal property to be cut into, a fair and reasonable price will be given to the customer to retrieve the cable or hose. By Agreeing/Signing to the Estimate/Invoice or paying the Invoice upon completion the customer assumes all liability.
HydroJetting uses high pressure water to clean the pipe. High pressures can cause damage to compromised sewer piping. High pressures can also cause dirty water to come up in other areas of basements/drains. While we do our best to contain it, sometimes water can cause messes and damage.Plumb All will not be responsible for any and all damages caused by the actions of HydroJet cleaning. By Agreeing to the Estimate or paying the Invoice the customer assumes all liability.

Payments

For Standard Residential Customers, payments are due in full once service has been completed. Accepted payments are cash, bank transfer and all major credit cards. Customers have the option to pay by phone with a Credit Card. Invoices over 30 days overdue will be subject to a late fee of 2.5% per day for as long as the balance remains unpaid. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will lead to Property Leins, Collections, and Legal Action.
For Contractors, payments are due in full once service has been completed. Accepted payment is Bank Transfer. Invoices over 30 days overdue will be subject to a late fee of 2.5% per day for as long as the balance remains unpaid. Contractors that are passed 30 days on any invoice(s) will not be able to schedule work on new or existing projects. Unpaid invoices after 30 days will lead to Property Leins, Collections, and Legal Action.

Hot Water Systems

Additional Work charges may apply for installation of hot water systems, if Additional Work charges apply the Client will be advised of the Additional Work charges prior to installation of the hot water system by way of a Quote.
Installation of the hot water system will not be initiated until the Client has provided their verbal or written confirmation to Plumb-All Authority to Proceed and paid in full for the costs of the Work associated with the installation of the hot water systems as outlined in the Quote and/or Invoice.
Site Visits for the purposes of installation of a hot water system incur the Site Visit Fee.
No refunds of payments made for hot water systems (including Plumb-All installation services) will be provided,
Plumb-All is not liable for any pre-existing faults with the Site’s plumbing, gas or electrical when replace the hot water system.

Gas Works
Gas works are subject to a gas tightness test on arrival and a working pressure test on completion of the work.
The Client acknowledges that Plumb-All are required to report and rectify anything that is in breach of the Gas Standards (Gasfitting and Consumer Gas Installations) Regulations and should the Client refuse to give the Company the authority to do so, the Company will be required to disconnect the gas supply to the Site and advise the Client to engage the services of APA or another to resolve the issue and reconnect.
